Why did they change the egr valve?
Just wondering because I work on these engines everyday (6.7l and 15l isx )
and in the last 8 yrs I have only changed 1 on a 6.7l and that was caused by a different sensor going bad and the engine ecm disables the egr valve to help protect the engine and also can affect the aftertreatment system.
This usually causes a buildup of soot to plug the egr valve and a loss of engine power since the turbo is affected by what the egr does.

are you saying that you have a 'warranty' that is paying for all of this?

No the original warranty expired 1 month before we bought the coach so we have to foot the bill but it now has a warranty😀😀
