Hi, and welcome. I hear it is warm where you are. Here in Alaska, it is in the 70's these days, never dark. Solar is good to have here this time of year when the sun is up by 5 and down about 11. when the sun is down, there is still sunlight shining pleasantly. we are very happy with our 24.1 Vegas, although today when we went to drive out to next stop, none of the cameras were displaying. need to fix that soon, cameras are useful.

I grew up in Niceville then Crestview and lived in Fort Walton Beach for a while. One of the first trips we'll make in our new RV will probably be to that area to show my wife a little of my old stomping grounds.

If you're looking for a great weekend trip...head to Carrabelle Beach RV Resort. 5 Star park right across the street from a great dog-friendly beach. Historic old town. On your way, stop in Apalachicola and check out Oyster City Brewing Company. We parked 1 block away at the wharf and spent the entire day...another great, historic town. The entire trip is along the gulf shoreline on 98.

Thanks. My parents used to enjoy visiting that area. They were younger back then and enjoyed going scalloping.
We live near Orlando, so can drive to lots of places in Florida in a day.
