New Thor Quantum FC25 Owner

Hi, I'm in Arizona and picking up my new Thor Quantum RC25 tomorrow. I have a question though, I had an odd experience this morning. Somebody form the dealership called me and told me to not complete the purchase of the RV due to damage to the wood inside. I didn't see any damage when I evaluated the RV. Is this an up sell technique? Anybody else have this issue with a dealership?

First: Welcome to the forum, and congratulations on your next great adventure!
When you go to the dealership to complete the sale: don't mention the phone call... See if THEY do!
(It could have been a disgruntled employee trying to mess up a deal...)
When it comes to the final inspection: that's when you should mention it, and see what they have to say...

Which Dealership? We bought our Chateau 24F at LaMesa Phoenix location. Mike Larson was our salesman. Check everything over very carefully. The PDI inspector will try to distract you by talking your ear off. Make sure everything is to your satisfaction before signing on the bottom line and handing over the money! Check ceiling for glue stains, check all the wood for any damage, check the flooring for any poor attachment to sub floor, make sure you have a pad of paper and make a list of everything you find. Do not let them rush you out the door until you are satisfied

Got her home! All was well. There is a crack in one of the cabinets and some wood shrinkage on a few others. New cabinet's on the way under warranty! Thanks!
