Hello from WA.

Hello everyone, We, Wife and I, just bought an 18 Thor 22FE and looking forward in learning about class C's and doing some short trips around WA. then some longer one's down to N. CA. where kids live. Short one's first to learn the ropes of ownership and operation and also work the bugs out of anything that needs attention first. I owned a 92 36' class A many years ago and forgot just about everything I knew back 2 decades ago. Didn't use the class A much due to work schedules etc. but now retired and wanting something much smaller and easier for me to drive, looking forward a lot do get some use out of this one. Looked around for past several weeks other class C's and almost bought a very nice 26' trailer but Wife flat refused to agree to drive a RAM C.C. some 18' in addition to the trailer length. So, this one is agreeable to her to drive just in case. Old saying, "happy wife, happy life" words to live by.

Congratulations and welcome.

You might want to download and read Ed's excellent Axis/Vegas manual. Even though its for the Axis/Vegas units there are a lot of commonalities between all RVs.
