Hello All, in a few days my wife Kathy and I will be picking up our 2015 Thor Chateau 24C with 12000 miles. We were very lucky to find this Forum it is so packed with great information. We're going to Gettysburg Pa. for our first trial shakedown trip. Good luck to all, stay safe and well....

Congrats and welcome to the Thor Forum, there is a lot of very knowledgeable people to help. Have travelled through your area many times heading south on I-81, have found the KOA`s in the Poconos, Jonestown, Gettysburg and Harper`s Ferry excellent. We prefer to avoid the interstates when possible and see the countryside and small towns and their things to see

Have done a bunch of business trips to the Scranton/Tobyhanna/Wilkes Barre area and watched quite a few ball games in the stadium, first with the Philly affiliation and then with the NY affiliation.

Enjoy the journey and be safe. Those hills on I81 can get real foggy at night and real slick when the snow flies.
