What model "freedom elite 2016"?

This is a very common problem that can easily be avoided by taking a picture of the connections before disconnection and/or labeling all the cables.

First: Welcome to the Forum!

It's too late now...
But for next year: pictures, diagrams, and cables that are marked will keep this from happening to you again.
(And you're certainly not the first to have this happen...)
Good luck!
If it can help: here's what the battery compartment in my Outlaw looked like. I would have to guess that they are similar...
You've got hot leads at both ends, grounds at both ends, and two cables that connect the batteries together.

Welcome to the forum. If the previous answers don't solve your problem, the other thing is to call the dealer or manufacturer.

Here's the basics to get you started.

Print these and also do screenshot into a special folder in your phone.
The first one is how the basics of your batteries go together.
The others are other things which might have a seperate wire hooked up if you have wires left over from the first picture.
The picture with the yellow flag. If the flag is down, the circuit needs reset or you'll have no power. It just clicks into the upper position. It might be red or orange and have a different number, but it's a flag and they all position reasonably the same.

It wouldn't bother me at all if this was made sticky.

On the Thor Owners Resource you can enter your VIN number and in my case there is a diagram in the Schematics for the battery cable hook up and its generic for hooking up 2 batteries, just make sure you connect positive cables to positive posts and negative to negative posts, I have found that they were not real generous when making up the cables and they can be difficult to get connected. It may be worthwhile having longer cables made up , I have considered that but I have taken them in and out so many times its gets easier and now know what goes where.
Hope this helps

The length of the cables holds a clue: they're JUST long enough to get to where they need to be.
