Is the MH level? Are you holding the button without release? Is it the full wall slide?

When it stops can you let go the button for a few seconds and try again? Also are you plugged in to shore power. Make sure to have power, as it might need more power meaning electrical.

Find the slide controller and read the error code. The error code is the number of red flashes separated by green flashes of the LED.

You slide controller will generally be mounted on the ceiling or wall of a storage compartment below the slide.

The pic below is my controller flashing an 8 code when the cable came unplugged from the motor during our shakedown cruise.

ah yes, perhaps your battery doesn't have much juice. Maybe try it while running the generator if you are not plugged in

hello, Sorry for your troubles. Since the slide is moving 2-3 inches then it isn't electrically inhibited by a safety switch, so the problem must be mechanical.

Do you have a Travel Slide stop installed? that prevents the slide from coming out while driving.

is the coach level? if the RV is on uneven ground it could be in a bind.

Does the slide come back in to its fully closed position?

Hope you can get it working soon.

Brian
