We have a ACE 30.1 for a little over a year and love it once we got it set up the way we want it with a few improvements. We have owned two fifth wheels and decided to go with the ACE.

Congratulations on your new ACE. We are looking to buy a new
30.1 this month. What modifications did you make that were
"Necessary" or cosmetic? Any suggestions or comments on your
New Ace would be great...

The first thing I did was build a 5" fold down step in the bathroom so my feet doesn't dangle while on the toilet. Installed 6 LED map/reading lights, 2 in the cockpit, 2 in the bedroom, and 2 above the couch which I replaced with a reclining love seat. Installed a sound bar because the volume is weak when playing a movie. Put above dash speaker on the dash. put in more electrical plugs. Purchased a dash cover and a outside windshield cover from prompt.com. This one does not require drilling holes. Vent covers and a Max Air in the living room. Outside propane connection and a few other things. If you want more info or photos just let me know.

Falls: Would love to see your foot rest for the toilet, we have the same issue!! Also, how did you install the 3 led's in the cockpit and the above dash speaker? Thanks..
