Has anyone else had trouble getting reimbursed from Thor for warranty work dealing with Terry Baughman?

Depends. I bought my coach from Camping World. Almost nothing could be fixed by warranty. I've switched to a local truck repair shop who's managed to get almost any repair covered by warranty, including some I've been shocked by (!). Guess who's my go-to guy!

My problem is he just ignores my emails and phone calls even though he gave approval to do work.

I had a couple of reimbursements processed and sent to me by Thor. I just made sure to get clearance before hand and sent paid copies of receipts. I worked with Tom Overton.

had to use my warranty about 5 times on my 2016 axis and never once took it to a dealer. always took it to large truck & motor home shop where i knew it would get fixed right. always called thor and they approved the work.never sat more then 5 days.now on extended warranty and will take it to same place if i am not on road.
