How do you reset power after refilling your propane tank

Hi! I'm having problems with my 2014 Thor Freedom Elite(Class C) after I totally ran out of propane. As soon as I refilled it, the fridge has a flashing light in it, the generator won't start, the awning will not retract, the back up monitor will not come on and the lpg light on the status monitor will not lit up. Do I have to do some reset and how do I do it. Kindly help me on this problem. Thanks

Welcome to the site.

Everything you mention uses the house 12V battery: Do you have your use/store switch on use? Is your house battery charged? (Note that the only thing that is propane related is the fridge.)

Run your cook top a bit to purge air out of the lines before trying to start the fridge

And that won’t start without a good 12v. So I also think the use switch might be off or the batteries dead. Just maybe a coincidence that just filled the propane tank.
