low voltage at cig lighter outlets

New member. My first post. Bear with me. Tuscany 34st 2015. Since day one my 3 cig liter outlets measure only 11 volts. Rand Mac gps and my compass will not operate at that voltage. Just installed new house batts and still same low voltage. Any ideas? Thor tech has no clue.

Your lighter outlets are usually connected to the chassis battery.

Whatever voltage is on your chassis battery should also be on those 12 Volt power outlets. 11 VDC is really low for a no-load condition. Must be a very bad/dirty connection.
