Jersey Peeps here considering a New Four Winds 31Y

My wife and I recently got the bug to buy an MH. We have quickly went from a small travel trailer and now considering buying a New Four Winds 31Y (love the layout). I just wanted to ask if anyone has one that they love or hate?


All advise welcomed... don't be shy?!

Welcome! All I can say is shop around! I see them on RVTrader ranging from 78K to 128K. That's a huge range. If you could find one "gently used" you may be able to avoid some of the "new coach bugs". We got ours gently used with transferable extended service warranties paid for by the first owners! Just sayin'!

Thanks for the kind welckme, all. We would totally go the used route, if we could find one that fit our needs/wants... which won't be so easy to do.


We are somewhat puzzled by the huge range in pricing that we're seeing... we assume, if we go new that we'll end up in the $80k range, after negotiations.... thoughts?
