Hello Kenni and welcome! Did you buy an RV or are you in the "thinking about it" phase?

Hello Ottosails,
Thank you for reaching out and your welcome to the forum.
Sorry it's taken so long to respond; it has been a busy time for me, and I haven't been able to log on.
Yes, I have a 2018 Thor Windsport 35M. I purchase it July 2021.
Living in western NY, it was in storage from October to the end of April.
We were able to enjoy a few trips thus far with a few minor issues not worth mentioning.
Thanks again.

Slide Out Wire Harness Guide

The Slide Out Wire Harness Guide broke while extending the Slide. Please refer to the attached picture. I am having a problem identifying and locating a replacement part. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
I have checked a couple local RV shops, no help.

Welcome to the forum. I’m not your electrical guy though. You’ll soon hear from the experts. Did you try Amazon?

Thank you. Yes, Amzon has the Wire harness however, I did not find the guide.
I spoke to a Thor sales rep a couple weeks ago, provided a picture and the coach info.
He said a service tech would contact me; I haven't heard anything as of yet.
I'm amazed that the Techs at the local RV dealers didn't know the name of the guide or how I could obtain the part. One of the parts reps that I spoke to did not know. I worked in engineering and it's unbelievable some of the things I've seen in the RV world, "in my short RV experience".
I'm looking forward to learning and growing as an RVer.
again, Thank you.

Is that the bulb seal? Thor often uses bulb seal as a slide harness chase.

It's hard to tell but it just looks like a cover/sheath for the wires nothing more, does it still work?

I blew it up on my 32 inch monitor, It looks like they took that corrugated tubing, ran the wires inside of that and then put two sleeves over that, that are coming apart in the middle. It looks like they didn't have a long enough covers so the used two and not enough cable ties. The photo might be a little larger, not sure

Thanks, it's not a sheath, it's a flat plastic guide that secures the wire harness.
It's designed to be flexible, extend and retract with the slide. Preventing the wire harness from being pinched when the slide is in the out position. It broke at both ends and in the middle. I have checked home depot and one auto supply store, no luck.
It's starting to look like I will have to design the part once I find the material.
