Help with my 2019 full slide Windsport 34J

Hello all. I need some help, I am having some serious issues with the slide on my 34J. a couple of days ago I started having problems with the slide extending out. It took me several tries before it would fully extend. It made some serious noise like if something was stuck under and on the side of the slide. I checked but nothing was blocking it. Eventually it made it all the way out. Afterwards when I needed to retract it so I could hit the road again, it had the same problems retracting. It Wass really popping and felt like something was stuck inside. After several tries it eventually came back in. I am now parked at home and I tried again to extended and the problem still remains. Since thew RV is a 2019 and I did buy extended warranty I am hoping the warranty will cover the repairs it may need.

Check the rollers the slide rolls on when extending/retracting. Also, if you have a bag of cables/pipes that moves with the slide make sure it isn't getting caught in the rollers.

Thanks, just finished checking the rollers and they look fine. However I noticed that on the rear gear guides have some broken teeth. I am beginning to think it is way out of alignment because the rear is not fully extended on the bottom part.
