Axxera AV615BHM Camera

I bought my 2017 Freedom Elite Class C RV in July 2017. I just realized that the AV615BHM backup camera came without the remote control. The dealer doesn't know if it came with one or not. They did not provide a manual for the unit either but I was able to download one off the Internet. Any ideas as to the best place to look to see if I can locate one? Thank you.

My 2017 outlaw didn't have one either. Called Thor and they wanted to sell me one. Called ax era And they said all radios sold were sent with a remote. After much pleading they sent me one. Use it all the time in camp.
Just another Thor un-quality.
Ps the radio is also sent with a manual which Thor used for toilet paper I guess.

Ours didn't have the remote or manual either. Guess some one collects these.

Found ours in the Thor bag with all the Coach info.
