We have been looking at motorhomes and like the hurricane 27k and windsport 27k. Don't know what the difference is between the two but like the floorplans.

The differences are primarily cosmetic with color choices and there are some design differences such as headlights and taillights. Other than that Thor makes tw0 models, virtually identical, so dealers in the same geographic area are not selling the same lines.

FWIW, in my area we have 2 Thor dealers within 50 miles of each other. One sells Hurricane and Axis the other sells Windsport and Vegas. The dealer selling the Hurricane and Axis models has an extremely poor reputation for service while the dealer selling the Windsport and Vegas models has a very good to excellent reputation for service. If this situation applies in your case, include the dealer's service department in the Hurricane vs Windsport decision criteria.
