Thor ACE Newbies

Good Day,
Another newbie here.
You did say introduce myself so….
We are the new owners of a 2018 Thor ACE 29.3. Not only are we new to the Motor home world but we are new to the camping world as well. When I was a 14 year old, I used to camp on the river bank with the other boys in the neighborhood. No tent, none of our families could afford that. We slept on ½ of the blanket we brought and used the other ½ to cover up with. At age 20, my wife and I did try tent camping one night in the mountains and the next day relocated to an area motel. (My decision not hers) So much for my camping experience over the past 50 years. That is until a few weeks ago. After spending a few nights in the ACE I have decided this is the way to go for me. Our Son, Daughter-in- law and Grandchildren love tent camping and stand amazed at our new decision to start camping even in a motor home. After 50 years of marriage and beautiful memories with the most wonderful wife in the world we decided it was time to create a few "new" memories.
We look forward to doing this and hope to meet you at some point.

We graduated from tents to a pop up at about 40 years old, when we realized how tall we'd gotten cause it sure was a long way up from the ground, to a small travel trailer, then bigger, then SMALL fifth wheel, then bigger, bigger, bigger, to fulltiming, it's been an awesome experience & wouldn't change a thing.

Bob, for real? Pictures? You are guessing I'm a lot smarter that I am. I'll give it a try in a bit. We are hunkered down for the Hurricane at the moment.
