Well congratulations and welcome.

Which compartment holds the cord? The one just behind the rear wheels?

Take a pic of the compartment with leak and post it.

Water leak

It’s the compartment just aft of rear axle. We had a gentle rain here for about 12 hours ( rig was parked)..I’m unable to detect where the water came in..
Thanks

Welcome to the forum!
There should be a way to slide the cord through a port in the compartment: could that be leaking?

I can honestly say I wish I had your problem Congratulations. Nice unit.

I do struggle with the odds of you getting rain in Arizona again versus the fact a new unit could have a leak? But I guess you plan to take the RV out of Arizona sometime; so it is best to get the leak fixed

You may dry it all out on the inside and take a hose on the shower setting and see if you can spray from outside to get fresh water inside. If not; you may have a leak in completely different location that has found a path inside to inside to your compartment. Should be easy fix once found.
