Congratulations and welcome to the forum!!!

Describe what kind of problems you're having, perhaps someone will be able to help.

Is your battery switch in use or store?

Switch it to use when you plugged in. I only put it on store when not using. If you plugged in and on use press the battery button and it should show full which means its charging.

If you unplugged and press the button you will get an accurate battery charge level.

Plug in - switch set to 'Use' and let it sit overnight...
You should end up with fully charged batteries (both coach and chassis).

If not, then check the output of the converter...
To measure this, plug in, set switch to 'Store' (don't want to read battery voltage in this case) - and measure on the output terminals of the converter. Should be over 13v.

If converter output is ok, then have batteries load tested...

Have a 2017 29h. I recommend to keep trouble shooting First are you looking at the bat voltage at the main panel (same place as fresh, gray, black levels) or the inverter? You said yellow light , that's the inverter (12v to 120 for the tvs)

The store, use switch must be in use to connect the converter to coach batteries.

The inverter does NOT go through the store switch.
Their are three circuit breakers mounted on the outside of the battery box, under the coach. One of them is for the inverter, one for generator and the third I don't know. Check and make sure none are tripped.

Let us know what the empty full batt indicator shows.

PS: Watch what you load in the garage area. I have a ultra limited, spare tire, and a small tool bag. Not near the 1500 they say I can load. I am over the ford specs by 20 lbs. on the rear a axle. And I am on a e450 chassis.

mine is a 2014/2015 and no relays around the battery box. Mater shows batteries at 2/3. but shouldn't I be getting voltage from the converter anyway?
