Hi,

The wife and I are looking at getting a used Class A. We've been looking at the Thor Miramar 34.2, but we're a little worried about the large slide and it being used.

Can anyone give us some information?

Thanks,

Welcome to our group! I’m sorry I don’t know much about your rig, but I’m sure someone will pipe up soon!

Welcome to the Forum.

We purchased our Miramar 34.2 new and have had no issues with the full wall slide.

Welcome to the forum! Many here would swear that you are better off with a coach that is a year or more old, rather than a new one. Their theory is that hopefully most of the issues have been worked out by the first owner. Your results may vary...

Exactly right. I my 5 months of ownership, the first 2 were spent waiting to get the coach in the shop. Once those repairs were made, we have made two trips, each finding more items that need attention. I just dropped it back at the shop and gave them my list of 14 items to repair. Right now I have a scheduled to pick up date of Dec 15th.

Even still, I am really glad I selected the Miramar 34.2. I hope you will be too.
