No tail lights , dash lights , or under storage compartment lights on 99 damon intrud

I recently removed carpet and bed and installed new . Upon doing this somehow I must have run a screw into a wire or didn't connect one back somewhere. I lost all lights in underneath bins and tail lights and instrument panel lights. I know basic electrical installation but no good with trouble shooting. Can i get any suggestions or the wiring schematics? Both would be great..

Don't have your coach I suspect, unfortunately, you may have a hard time finding wiring schematics for a coach over 20 years old.

Did you check fuses? If you ran a screw into a hot lead, grounding it out, you may have blown the fuse on the circuit.
