New guy from Missouri

Made the decision last fall, now proud owner of 2019 Freedom Traveler A27. I'm by myself, will finally retire from even looking for work, and hit the road well travelled in June. Or is it the road less travelled - oh well, hopefully I'll have time to do them both. I have been a maintenance officer in Canadian Air Force, a consultant, an appliance repairman, a home inspector, and most recently - a school bus driver. Some would say that I'm the biggest "has been" ever. After putting up with winter for 3 months I hope to head for the Northwest and summer around Bend, OR. I really enjoy the forum. It has taught me a lot. When I come across something I can't figure out, I know where to go to get the answer. BTW what does "DW" stand for.Click image for larger version

Many of us have private definitions for "DW" and it changes by the day depending on "them". The one we refer to in the forums, which our wives read also is..."Designated Wife".

I still go with Dear Wife. You may also see DH on forums which is most commonly Dear Husband (not designated hitter.)

Hello stang153, welcome to the forum. With your experience I am sure you will have things to teach most of us. Welcome from an ex Mountain Grove MO resident.
