The wife and I are downsizing from a 40 foot diesel pusher. We pulled the trigger today and ordered a 2021 Quantum JM31. We wanted something under 30 feet but could not find one that met both our "can't live without" features. The wife would not give up her washer/dryer and I wanted to still have automatic leveling jacks.

My understanding is the Dealer gets 30 days after they take possession to examine for any defects. They either repair, reimbursed by Thor, or return. Then, when sold to client, the client gets their one year warranty.

Since my Dealer is in Oregon and is a Thor warranty service center, they will most likely repair any defect unless it’s egregious.

We were looking at the 32 ft range, so 35.5ft not that much off... my driveway is 40.5ft

The reason we ended on this one was similar to yours, she wanted a W/D combo, and I wanted a 4x4... and towning for my FJ'

Getting Closer... Back when we ordered in Jan. we were told our delivery date was to be in July, however as of last week it is now June... Thor messaged us and told us the build is done and our 2022' RB34 is in paint currently...

I actually was able to visit the dealer this past weekend and get a view of an RB34 the same exact as we ordered except with the darker cabinet woodwork. I was impressed by the fitment of everything wood'wise/cabinets..

I did notice the front tank fill hose kinked a tad' on it and let them know for the new owner... I will be laying under mine, along with looking in all accessible compartments and panels, to make sure all issues are corrected...

Ohh, below is a last unit, coachmen we sold in 2010'....

One more snippet'... I heard a rumor that the RB34 is going away.... and the new BS36 (RB34 floor plan with king bed on the F600) is coming soon...
