We just got our ace 30.1. Still learning everything and have had quite a few warranty items to resolve. Looking forward to getting all the kinks worked out. At this point we're a little concerned about Thor's QC but hopefully everything will be worked out.

Vkb is absolutely correct about other manufacturers having problems too. If you read other forums you will see the exact same complaints.

congrats on the ACE Tom! - We loved the ACE and almost pulled the trigger on a 30.2 but decided we liked the layout of the windsport a little bit better. I did a lot of research before purchasing. There's no manufacturer out there without issues or without some sort of horror stories about poor customer service. To me Thor, faired pretty well, and I 've been pleased so far with their service. I don't think you made a mistake. Enjoy!
