New Thor Aria 3901 Owner and Forum Participant

My wife and I are brand new Thor Aria RV owners and we are super excited future travelers. I’ve read some really great posts about the Thor Aria already and thought this was a GREAT forum to join as a result of those posts. At this point, we don’t know what we don’t know, and we KNOW we’ll have questions. We already had some this morning with the generator and levelers, which turned out to be a tripped 100 AMP breaker. LOTS TO LEARN and absorb.

Looking forward to becoming informed and working with this community of RV owners!

Thanks in advance for all future help.

Cheers!!

Welcome to our campsite.
Pull up some chairs, and grab some marshmallow sticks!

Hello and thanks 4Down! I already have some questions but I’m going to try and learn the answers today. If there are any “Very Good To Know” tips you have with regard to the Aria, definitely feel free to direct message or share here. On our very first morning with the RV we tripped the 100 amp fuse with while trying to level the coach, which took out the levelers AND the generator. It took over an hour of googling to find the issue which was a 100 amp fuses which was tripped.

Our coach is a very lightly used 2017 Aria 3901. Only 6,000 miles. Barely broke in and essentially still new. Unfortunately I don’t have access to the original owner so everything is going to be a learning experience. I TRULY appreciate all tips and assistance at this point.

Thank you very much!!

We have a 2017 Thor Aria 3901 as well. There are some subtle differences between the 2017's and the other Aria 3901 model years. I have done a ton of modifications and repairs to ours, so if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Welcome to the forum. Just ask away as you have questions. Someone here will be happy to answer them or point you in the right direction. Have fun and many great adventures in it on the road. Try taking it out on a few close to home weekend shake down runs to learn how everything works.

Paul

Congratulations and welcome! Nice to see a new owner with 2 posts not complaining that wall sconce light is to bright and Thor engineers should be fired because this is terrible!

Thanks For all the warm welcomes!!

I just wanted to say thanks to everyone’s warm welcomes. We can’t wait to get on the road, and out of our Texas heat. Enduring 100 degree weather when you own a new RV, but aren’t 100% ready to hit the road, is absolutely comical.

We have a 3901 model 2019 with 13500 miles.
If you have starting or battery problems, plug into AC power, usually fixes all problems.
