New member-new 2018 Thor Windsport-NEED ADVICE-WINTERIZING

Hello, long time RV’er, but not in a class A. Need some advice on winterizing an ‘18 Thor Windsport with ice maker and washer. Temps have plummeted here in the South and caught me off guard. Going home tomorrow so not much time to search my owners manuals. Need specific help with ice maker in fridge-where is T valve to shut water off? Or is that necessary? Never had an RV with ice maker. Any and all tips much appreciated.

Had a fella last time I. Camped in November ask the same question. We googled " how to winterize a RV ice maker". There was some good YouTube videos that showed the procedure and how's and wyes.

Go to the "Search Tab" and start typing winterize. Then select the best description that fits your situation. If your icemaker water valve has water in it you probably have two general options. Blow compressed air thru it or pump rv antifreeze thru it. Read thru everyone's solution and pick what's best for you with supplies/equipment on hand.
