Battery 2017 Vegas25.2

I need a new chassis battery for a 2017 Vegas 25.2. I want something better than the average cost range. Just purchased our rig and we need a new battery. Thanks.

Congrats on your purchase and welcome to the forum. I agree, don't buy cheap batteries.

If your Vegas battery is located like mine, you may want to consider a good quality maint. free battery due to the lack of access to it or a fill kit. Also, some of us install a disconnect knife switch on the neg. terminal to stop parasitic drain while in storage.
Welcome to the forum and congrats on your new coach.
Happy trails

I am a new member of the Forum, also. I was about to post comments and photos showing my experience with replacing the chassis battery in my 2016 Vegas 25.2, but could not figure out how to insert photos. I will tell you that you that I agree with comments above regarding buying a really good battery. You don't want to have to replace the battery too many times...once in a lifetime would be best! I bought a maintenance-free Interstate group 65 with cold cranking amps of at least 850 at Costco...$99. You can spend a lot more if you go with an AGM battery (latest technology). Look up the AGM's online to see if you want to take that leap. Cost does not necessarily mean a better battery. One comment I have seen on the Forum is, "Don't buy a battery, buy a warranty".
