Welcome! I'm sure you will receive a great deal of advice and assistance from members on the forum. There are a great many knowledgeable people here!
I on the other hand can be of no help to you as I am not so patiently waiting on the arrival of my own coach! Hopefully it will be arriving in the next couple of weeks.
Then just as you, I will be seeking their guidance as well.
Enjoy your journey!

Judy

Thanks for all of the tips and welcomes. Unfortunately I broke my right foot
shortly after getting the Axis and it is still on the dealers lot! I will be okay to drive in a few days and we plan on a trip when my granddaughter from
Australia gets here. I should be very interesting!!

Advice: Make sure the dealer goes thru and shows you how to operate EVERYTHING!!! Be sure you understand how to "dump the dump," work the fridge, AC, everything. Don't accept delivery until you are comfortable, and take notes.

We are all rookies in the beginning so feel free to ask questions. When you are camping and have a question ask your neighbors, most RV people are pretty friendly and willing to help!

Lastly, HAVE FUN!!!

Welcome and congratulations!
The single best tip I know of is checklists. A checklist for departure and another for setup. Yet another for all the things you need to pack for an outing. Ask any pilot, they'll tell you checklists are essential!
Happy trails!

Welcome from the Missouri Ozarks..

The members here are a great resource to help answer questions (even the ones you think are "stupid" ones)

We are still exploring and getting comfortable with our coach after 9 months, just waiting for warmer weather to really put it to good use.
