New (old) Thor Vegas 2014

I bought my used Vegas 2 months ago and am enjoying it. I am a 77-year-old recent widow and had no experience towing anything, so sold our truck and 30 ft TT to buy this. I have made about 5 trips in it so far. I write camping mysteries and the fold-out desk on the passenger side is made for me! I also have friends who like to go with me so the twin beds are great. The upholstery was in terrible shape so I need to do something about the captains' chairs and want to replace the sofa anyway with recliners. Looking forward to more "research" (for my books.)

It depends on your interests. If you like light mysteries, I suggest Bats and Bones. It is the first in the series, and although they are all intended to stand alone, it gives you a better feel for the characters. If you like science fiction, The Time Travel Trailer is my favorite. Although I will warn you, the history is much better than the science in it because that's what I taught.
