Has anyone had issues with water rushing in after you slide the slider in and start driving when it was out in the rain ? Also the auto level didnt work on its 1st voyage. Ice maker didnt work. Heat shut off wouldnt come back on . The list goes on

I have the 31E. Had none of those problems. I do usually prefer to manually use my auto leveler though. Just like adj it myself.

When slider is left out, then you bring in and start to drive off water rushes in all over the floor. Big mess

We just purchased a used 2016 Quantum WS31 with 1400 miles on it. We drove it home from South Carolina to Washington state. We had two days with real down pours that water came in on the floor. We figured that the standing water on the freeway was being forced past the seal at speed.
Also, check under the fridge for a shut off valve to the ice maker. As it turns out, the valve was found cracked during the pre-purchase inspection. The previous owner had winterized the MH himself and missed the valve.
The only thing I can think of for the heat is if you weren't pluggged into shore power and the batteries were to low to run the furnace fan.
