New RV Owner

Hello, all! We purchased a 2018 Thor Siesta SS a couple of weeks ago, and so far-so good! We did one 2-day "shakedown cruise", and then a 600 mile, 2-stop 5 day maiden voyage. Only real issue so far is the A/C couldn't beat the 98 degree heat on Sanibel Island. I've been reading the forums today and I really admire how welcoming and helpful the members are.

First RV

I had a pop top camper when for a few years when my children were young. That was a L-O-N-G time ago. So this is truly my first RV.

it's a given that in certain situation, especially in heat, humidity, AND direct sun, that RV roof air conditioners are not going to be able to 'keep up', at least to some owners...

some 'single roof air' owners will complain that one unit is not enough.
those of us with TWO units will sometimes complain that two is 'not enough'...
there are even those with THREE that might even say the same, at certain times and situations... it's all relative.

Those in tents have a lot to complain about : )
