Hi,

I'm a retired engineer from Dallas and just joined the group. My 24HL is about 1 1/2 years old with 19,000 miles on it and I've already had to fix a number of things. Thankfully, none have been too serious.

Minor stuff. The trim and facing came off of the step up to the bedroom. The magnet that holds the bathroom door open pulled out of the wall. The hose to the outside shower began to leak. The knob on the bathroom fan broke.

The bedroom fan won't turn off but I haven't fixed that uet. It's a membrane switch and I might just replace the fan.

I put shelves in the medicine cabinet in the bath. That wasn't a failure just a poor build.

Noticed a leak behind the range hood last week when it rained. That's tomorrow's project.

And I have to fix a self-inflicted problem. I drove for a while with the parking brake on and it won't hold. Probably need new shoes.

Welcome to the forum. It's too bad we all have to fix something, but it sounds like you have things under control.
