New Thor Hurricane 29M Owners
My wife and I just traded our 2015 Lacrosse RST324 Travel Trailer in on our first Class A Motorhome. Right now, we are on a three day “Shake Down” trip at a local campground to check everything out. So far, we love everything about it. A very easy/simple setup.

Hi there and welcome to the forum! You said 'local campground' and I see that you are from the Chester area, I would appreciate recommendations on a nice campground in that area. We have always stayed at Americamps in Ashland because that was about the only choice that we were aware of except for Pocahontas SP. I have family in Chester and Chesterfield.

welcome, we have a 2018 Thor Windsport 29M, sister model to the Hurricane and we love it.

Thank you for the kind comments. We are at Pocahontas SP and are leaving tomorrow. We highly recommend this campground. We have been coming here every year since 2009 for our annual “Shake Downs”. This is our first trip with the new motorhome.
