2014 Axis 24.1

Picked up our barely used Axis 24.1 today. Super excited - traded a 28" Heartland travel trailer and we're ready to hit the road. Hope to head to Iowa in a week. We live in northern Arkansas and I hated hauling that trailer around up here. The Axis drives like a dream and I love the way it's laid out. We're retired and would like to do more traveling now that we have something a little easier to get around in. We're planning to haul kayaks behind us on a small utility trailer.

Congratulations on your coach! I've traveled in Beautiful northern Arkansas many many times, VERY familiar with all the twisty roads, especially around my favorite spot, Eureka Springs. Hope you enjoy many happy and beautiful miles!!!

Welcome to the forum. We have a 2015 Vegas and love it. I wrote/compiled an Axis/Vegas Owners' Manual. Here is a link to where you can download it:

Order a Garmin 760 RV GPS from Amazon. You input all the size specs of your coach and it will alert you as to which routes are safe, etc. Worth the money.

Hi I just bought a new 2017 Thor Gemini and my manuals are a mess, no info on Dash radio installed in vehicle, and no pictures or info on shifter in my diesel transit for overdrive.
Does anyone know where I might find a visual or any information, I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks

Years ago I did projects which utilized multiple vendors. We required them to put their manuals in digital version and we indexed them and put them on a CD for our customers. Rv manufacturers seem to lack the best practices that other integrators (RV are multiple systems put together) use. And this was 17 years ago.

With our previous RV's we created our own owners manual as we gathered much needed information from experience in owning that particular unit.
Many bits of important information are missing from the manuals...perhaps because the manual is not created by a person who uses an RV.
We passed on, to the new owner, our RV Manual.

Yep , and whatever Thor product Ed buys next that's what I'm buying.
That way I'll be assured of having an excellent manual.
