Fresh Water Tank Issue

Hey Folks! Love the Forum...
My Wife n' I have a 2018 Thor Miramar with only 3200 miles to date... Just back n' forth from Georgia to Florida so far but off to Oregon via I80 in April. Here's my latest problem: The Fresh Water Tank keeps filling up even though the Water Pump button on the panel is in the "OFF" position. I had the local Mobile Tech out to fix the problem. He said my pump was leaking and allowing water to flow into the tank. $200 Bucks for a New Pump and the problem is BACK! Yeah, we are sure that we aren't just mistakingly hitting the "ON" Button... We check often.
Any suggestions?

I think there's a one-way check valve in the system. It might be stuck open...

It "could" be a back-leaking water pump (the check-valve is integral) or if you have an Andersen KantLeak valve to direct water flow, it could be leaking, another known issue.

Turning the pump switch on or off should have no effect as the pressure from SP should keep the pump from running.

Since your coach is fairly new, you may have some plastic shavings holding the check valve open. Some on the forum and myself have had this problem. You can disconnect end of lines next to pump, flush them out and check on the valve. Sometimes the debris collects behind the strainer also.
