Smile Newbies Four Winds 31L

Hello all! We are Mike and Tammy Novak from FL and we are in waaay over our heads. We're empty nesters. We sold the house, bought a 2014 Four Winds 31L and plan on hitting the road full time as soon as this tropical storm passes. We look forward to making mistakes, learning a lot, and most importantly building friendships with fellow Thor owners.

This is our first post and we feel like we've learned much already just from searching the posts. This looks like a great active forum.

Hi Bob

Anything but the Camaro. My 430 hp car might be a bit too much for you to handle.

Been there, still doing it

Welcome. Did the same thing. Sold the house, got an apartment in FL and waited 18 months for my rig to pop on the market. I'm still waiting for the regret but so far, I got nothin'. You're in for the ride of your life most all of it in a good way (pun intended).

I'm not going to blow sunshine and rainbows up there. It can have it's challenges however, as others have stated, if these folks can't get you out of a predicament it's probably not something you can solve yourself.

Sometimes threads take a left turn and we joke around a bit. It's good for the soul and can lighten the situation so it's not fraught with negativity and despair. Trust me, it'll always comes back around to a plausible solution.

Safe travels and always feel free to reach out if you need or want to. Better to walk in with your eyes wide open.

Yes you are. You're just not into screaming.

I'm still waiting for the matching graphics on that towed.
