2017 29.4 Heated Tanks

I have a 2017 29.4 it is listed to have Heated Tanks. I have 12v fuse that is listed as "tank heaters". I used to own a 27.1 that had heated tanks and waterlines which were heated with ductwork from the furnace. I have a few questions re the 29.4

Does this rig have heating pads or ductwork, I don't see any duct work?
If they are heating pads how do I turn them on?
If they are heating pads and I am in temps below freezing how do I keep my water lines from freezing?
I am concerned about this because we love to camp in upstate New York for a week at a time in the winter. Thanks.

I'm not familiar with your model, but mine has a switch on the main control panel for the tank heaters.

On my control panel(which is a touch screen), I have a "tank heaters" option to operate them on/off. Only my tanks have heaters and not the under carriage water lines.

You won’t miss them unless you are an avid winter camper and even then you can just toss some pink stuff in the holding tanks every now and then to keep ‘em wet.

I looked at purchasing heating pads and they are 12v.
