Norcold N611 refrigerator

I have a Norcold N611 refrigerator in a Thor Citation. Refrigerator works great on electric but spotty on propane. Usually needs “propane torch” help to fire up on gas and flame will inevitably go out when moving. I’ve tried wind shielding the burner box to no avail. Any suggestions?

I can hear the piezo igniter click. Sometimes it lights, sometimes not. I generally don’t wait and use an external lighter. The real issue has to do with the flame-outs when traveling.

I think I used the wrong forum area to post my issue. Anyway my name is Frank Grandchamp. I live in Houston TX and own a Thor Sprinter Citation. I’m retired.
