Outlaw RB

Hello all. My name is Kevin. We bought new 2018 outlaw RB. So far we love it. But it has been at camping world more then our yard. Broken from day one. Locks broken for ramp. Rear step broken. Level jacks broke. Leaky windshield. Leaky sink. Table screws falling out. So hoping everything gets back to normal so you can use it how it’s so posed to be used. Back to camping world this week. Hoping for the best.

Sorry to hear that you're such difficulty in getting everything fixed...
Hang in there, and be persistent! It will eventually turn out to be worth these headaches...

And welcome to the forum!

Congrats on the new Outlaw... that is the same model we have been looking at. Welcome to the forum and I am sure it will be worth it once everything gets fixed!

Let's take a quick peek at your list:
The ramp locks are (I believe) electronic, and operated by a key...
This is a warranty issue that the servicing dealer should tackle.
Broken rear step: let them replace it for you
The leveling jacks: what happened to them?
(Regardless: this is probably another one for the shop!)
Leaky windshield: Ditto!
As for the sink and table screws: they might just be something that you could tackle,,, if you want to try and expedite repairs.
Take a look under the sink, and have someone run some water. The leak should be easy to spot. Hopefully: something just needs to be tightened.
The same with the table screws. IF they can be tightened: give it a try, and see if that solves it.

Good luck!

Ramp locks are going to be fixed by camping world
And were broken from day one.
Step was going on and out on way home from dealer. So camping world said they fixed it. After I had to climb under RV in rain on side of highway to pull pin and tie up. While on phone with Thor.
Picked up broken RV lady week because I had camping trip planned and wouldn’t you know it. Step were going on and out while driving down rd. Fixed myself by moving magnet on door frame.

Leveling jack had seal failure. Camping world had it three weeks never fixed it. Said parts ii this week.

Said they did fix sink. Got back still leaks. Fixed myself.

Screws were just stripped when put in. Got thicker screws and fixed myself

Now have to bring back to camping world to get locks for ramp done. Leveling jack and leaking window other then that I think we are good.
Should a say I also did part of leg work and got activity number from Thor for repairs.
Thanks for your help.

I have a friend that works for a CW location on the Gulf Coast-Panhandle. I asked her this weekend how their service department was....she just shook her head, dropped her chin and left the room with this disgusting looking face I've never seen before. It's a cancer throughout their entire network. I think it has to do with amount Thor pays on warranty work. Or, the techs work on commission and don't make enough to worry with it. Not sure...but it's amazing how they can be so consistent at being so horrible...and nothing is done about it at corporate...or that Thor doesn't address it with CW.

... But you're definitely making strong progress!
...And it sounds as if you might want to be looking for a new place for service!

Keep it up: you're getting there!
