Pairing Jensen radio

Can anyone please give me the proper procedure to pair Jensen (Jwm1a) to a iPhone Bluetooth , I am having issue trying to connect with my Bluetooth with the radio ,it like the radio is not generating a Bluetooth signal to be detected, I’ve attempted it also on a iPad

I have been able to do it a few times with good success but I tried a couple days ago and could not get it to function. The owners manual is availible on line and I did call Jensen support who walked me through it but it's hit and miss for me. Mine seems to be more of an issue with iPhone????

Thank you for the info I found out that I needed to reset the radio in order for the Bluetooth to start back working
