quantum km24 radio

Hi,
We just bought a quantum km24. The am radio does not work. La Mesa RV tried to fix it. No success. We met owners of another km24 while at a campsite. I asked, "how do you like your km24?" They responded that they loved it. I asked if their radio worked. They looked surprised at the question but responded that the radio did not work.

Any ideas on what to do?

It might help is we knew the brand and model of your radio and where it is located. Most of us have two radios and 8 to 10 speakers

Sorry the radios most Thor coaches have are Furrion, Jenson or Axxera.. Most radios have a master reset in the upper right corner. It is a small hole and straight paper clip to operate. Also the dash radios have a a five amp fuses inline behind the radio. No radio will work with the store/use switch in the store position.

I misstyped. The radio is Axxera. The FM works pretty much, but the AM has a lot of static noise. When I had the radio search for AM stations (in Los Angeles with many strong stations), it stopped on only one station, 1430. That station was actually clear and strong, but in a foreign language.

Where in CA are you? I have a 2018 Quantum PD31 with Axxera it works great. Both AM & FM. Love it and the outdoor speakers that deliver great sound from the Axxera.

Best guess is the antenna plug in the back of the unit is not fully seated. Check the Internet on how to remove the radio and check the antenna plug
