Are you hooked up to shore power or boondocking? If you mean that it is not getting cold on LP, turn it to LP only and see if the light starts flashing. I had the same issue after filling my LP tank. Turns out that I had air in the line. I cleared it by turning on my gas stove and continually "igniting" until it lit. If it is shore power then I am of no help since I haven't had that issue (yet)

Did you remember to turn on the USE switch...when hooked up to shore power.
Sometimes it can be overlooked. Make sure your refrig is in the ON position.

Excellent advice, as well as checking the USE switch. The coach needs to be fairly level for to run off the LP. If our LP tank has been closed for awhile, I have to turn the fridge off, start a stove burner, then turn the fridge back on to LP or Auto. Works every time!

Yes...we have had to turn on our stove to nudge the LP to move to the refrigerator as well. Good thing to remember !
Also...something we do, when hooking up...whether in the driveway, getting ready to move down the road, or stopping for night...
First thing...take a peak at the lights on the refrigerator to make sure correct lights are on.

So you are plugged into shore power at your house and the refrig does not cool?

But you run your generator and the fridge does cool?

Ignore all the comments about using LP. You have an electrical distribution issue. Do any other 110 VAC appliances work when connected to your house? Like the microwave? Like the Air Conditioner?

Doesn’t matter what you are using the fridge needs 12v to power the control board, use/store switch has to be in the use position.

True, the fridge does need 12 VDC control panel in all modes, but he would have that even in STORE mode if the converter is supplying 12 VDC as it should when plugged into shore power or running the generator.
