Refrigerator troubleshooting

New to the forum looking for guidance on a refrigerator issue Have 2021 Thor Sequence and refrigerator that suddenly will not cool. We do have a light .

Mine was in the sun and coach was 102. Cooled coach and refrigerator cooled

What is it? Adsorption, residential, 12volt.

12 v. Working on shore power with battery won't stay cold unless we are driving

take it to the dealer its under warranty

Are you sure you have 12V turned on? Use/store switch on?

If it works with shore power (converter on) but not with battery.

Check Use/Store switch and/or breaker by battery.

Does other 12V stuff work while on battery?

So it works sometimes - that's probably not a fridge problem but a power to the fridge problem.
What model fridge is it?
When does it work?
When does it not work?
