Residential refrigerator

I have a 2011 Damon Tuscany, built by Thor, with a Whirlpool residential refrigerator. I need to pull it out and can't figure out how it's anchored in. Thor said there are two brackets at the top, which there isn't. I found two screws in the back, through the outside access door and removed them. The refrigerator is setting on a platform, which appears to have two front rollers. I can rock the unit front to back but it will not budge from it's space. Any ideas??

My Tuscany is a 2015. It has two rubber coated brackets keeping the top from rocking and two or more screws at the bottom behind the kickplate atatached to a metal bracket. It is also very tight in the compartment that required side to side rocking to finally get the fridge out. Keep trying.
