Slide motor replacement

I have a 2014 Tuscany and the kitchen slide motor needs replacement. I see no way to get to it from the inside without removing the trim. There is only about 2 inches of clearance between the trim and the bathroom wall. What am I missing? I am reluctant to rip off the trim
Any ideas? Thanks

Bill Brister

I have watched them but none of them have issues with trim obstructing access to motor
