Suggestions for storing Sewer Hose Kit in Windsport 29M
Hi everyone, I just joined the community yesterday and was wondering if anyone that also has a Windsport 29M has any suggestions as to where they store the Sewer Hose kit, other than just laying it in one of the compartments.
Thanks Everyone

How about a small plastic container that fits in the comparrtment?
Alternately; they also sell storage bags for these things.

Attach a pipe under the chassis in the back and slide it in there. Also Ventilate the pipe caps to keep it from smelling.

I did something similar with my Axis using a painted fencepost:

Thanks Jamie, this looks like something that might work. Did you install any kind of caps on the end?

Hi Jamie, what size is the fencepost?

Its a 4" fence post and I just drilled some holes in the end--slide an eyebolt through with a nut on the other side. That keeps the hose secure and allows for plenty of venting.

I have 2-10ft and 1-5ft hose, plus 2-90* fittings, and the hose support in the sewer compartment. It all fits no problem with room for maybe another 10ft hose which I dont need.

I have a 15 foot and a ten foot plus several fitting, a sewer hose support, and a small folding stool all stored in my sewer compartment. If you open the sewer compartment and look to the left there is quite a bit of room. Suggestion: get a clear plastic 45 or 90 degree fitting to attach to your dump valve, when rinsing the tanks it’ll let you see when they’re clean.

Thanks Jerry. Do you have any problems with the hose leaking in the compartment?

Thanks Dave, I will see if my hoses fit in the compartment. Hadn't tried yet.

Never noticed any leaking. I did remove the small drain plug in the back middle in the cargo bay. Figured it would help dry out the hose.
