Question Full Wall Slide

Hello! My name is Don Borkenhagen, I have been a member for about 6 months and have enjoyed all of the threads, however my problem isn't in there.
I have a 2018 Ace 30.4 with a full wall slide. I am familiar with re setting the controller, however that doesn't seem to fix the problem. I have checked both motors and they are working with the exception when pressing the switch to go in or out one side will go the opposite of the other side. Has anyone had this issue?

I am almost convinced the problem is with the controller. I have unplugged each motor from the wire harness one at a time, when I pressed the switch each motor worked.

The overhead bunk controller should be the same. Swap it out to test. Check the parts numbers first.

Does your controller have a hard reset? It may have lost the zero position on one?

Another thought anyway. Well it doesn't work, you have the right coach to live in full without slide. Plus it cools your coach down faster

That wasn't my post, but since I'm up working the Grave shift, yes, that should be it.

If you move one potentiometer setting by mistake it will “reverse” one of the motors. They are the small switches next to the reset button.

Should they be in the up, down or middle position? I did notice they were not in the same position, however I didn't know or couldn't fine the info anywhere.

I was reading this post with much interest. What happened, nothing posted in five days. Could you try to move the switches to the same position?

I was waiting to see what happens too ( like a horrible free drama movie)

If I am OP I assume that he may have hit the switch closest to reset button by accident? That would mean Switch #1 may be wrong, so move it to match Sw#2 to see if it works? If it is backwards, switch them both the other way.

Disclaimer: If by moving that switch should somehow blow up OP's RV Motorcoach, I accept no responsibility & have no liability insurance. But there is a Holiday Inn Express down the street so I am close to knowing what I am talking; about

Sounds like your motors are out of sync. Your lippert manual will show how to re sync them or better yet, there are several videos on YouTube that explains it better.

I am sorry for the delay in the results for the controller. I did go over and took out the controller and brought it home and the switches were not in the same position, I did set the two switches the same just waiting for some clear weather so I can get back over to the coach. Thank you Jusjay for your suggestion, I will post the outcome as soon as I can.
