Thor Chateau Citation

We are a mid sixties couple, out to enjoy the world of camping and Just recently purchased this class C motor coach and have gone camping a few times. Love the convenience of having this small home on wheels. Just have one question, what is the best way to level the motor home? Seems to always lean towards the side with the slide outs.

Have the 24SR. We level the coach then out of the slides. Going to put Big Foot levelers on our way out west for convenience.

As Yaktop said, level the unit first, then extend slides. Not sure what model you have, and do you have a leveling system? Mine has an electronic leveling system. I always use the manual mode vs. automatic. Jacks work in pairs=left, right, front, center. Just extend whichever pair is needed to level the unit first, then extend remaining jacks to touch the ground.

Meant to say rear instead of center as to the pairs of jacks.

Welcome to the Forum!

Our rig requires that the chassis engine be running, in order to put out the slides, and then it has to be off: for putting down our stabilizers. (Equalizer System)
So we set the parking brake, put out the slides, shut down the engine, and deploy the stabilizers...

We have a 2013 Citation 29GB with no leveling jacks at all. What is our best option?
