We had a 2018 Miramar with a drip in a similar location. In our case, it only happened during super heavy+windy rains and seemingly only when at home, since our driveway sloped so much that we were always a little nose down. In our case it turned out to be the seal around the frameless window above our sofa (where your galley is). The window opening was cut a little too large, so the primary (foam) seal wasn’t making any significant contact (could drop in a thin flat screwdriver and it would hit the inner window frame) and to compound things, the sealant bead was so anemic, I don’t know why they bothered. Once I sealed it with some Geocell ProFlex, we never saw that particular leak again.
We also had problems with water pooling on top of the slide when it was in and eventually running off the slide when the minor depression filled up. Never got to the bottom of that one, but think it was at least partially due to the slide awning being 4” too narrow, according to the slide awning manufacturer’s measuring instructions.
TL;DR version: the leak could be many feet away and running through the walls, floor, or following wires, etc. Always look uphill and higher than you might think.
We’ve since bought a new coach (now that I’ve fixed virtually all its shortcomings) and home.
