If you're desperate get some zip ties, rope, etc. and tie the arms together.
The hard part will be securing the fabric. If your in a campground ask for help, someone will have ideas about securing the awning AND many suggestions about your problem.
When our awning arm broke I got a lot of help
. One "take charge" person
almost demanded I take the whole thing OFF
Took a few minutes to zip tie, with help (I carry industrial strength ties), for the 1k mile trip home.
